Thank you for shopping with Toyko! Every item in our store is custom 3D printed to order, so please read our shipping policy carefully to avoid any confusion:

1) Order Processing & Manufacturing Time: All Toyko products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for manufacturing and dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been handed to our courier.

2) Shipping Rates: We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within South Africa:
           
• Standard Shipping: R99 flat rate on all orders under R450
• Free Shipping: Complimentary on all orders of R450 or more

3) Courier & Delivery: We ship via The Courier Guy to all major centres and outlying areas across South Africa. We've tested several courier companies and have found TCG to be the best. Outlying areas may take slightly longer.

4) Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5) Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery directly on The Courier Guy's website at

6) Delays: While we do our best to meet all delivery estimates, please note that manufacturing and shipping timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll assist.
